Some channels not working and the web tv its not high quality,the player they use not up to date. They should offer like 1 day free trial to let the customer try it. Its not good app

Its nice app and I really like it but its missing a number of important channels like Aljazeera sports +1 +2 etc. Please update these channels as soon as possible.

The all chanels freeze after 1 minute Please its need update to fix the problem

When I click on channel is it says u r not log in

I would give it 5 stars but it does not seem to be optimized for Apple TV. When my iPad locks the stream stops working. It does not work in the background either, should be optimized for multitasking as well. Please guys fix these issues with the coming update. On the other hand Lots of channels that are not available in Canada via other providers, spectacular quality, and very cheap subscription compared to other provides. Thank you vey much.

Good apps.the web version works great. However the iPhone version breaks all the time, needs improvement.

Downloaded it to use my account on my iPhone, couldnt get it to work, called tech support and they informed me they dont support the application! ATN Canada

Bad customer service and bad people working. I have two iPads and I open one of them for the kids to watch cartoon, and the other for the family. They stopped the service telling that I have to buy 2 subscription! This is ridiculous!! That means I have to pay for netflix 3 times!!! Because I have Netflix on my iPad my iPhone and TV. This is waste of money and time.

I dont understand why should I buy a new subscription for the IOS App. while am already a costumer with you guys and paying monthly fees !! Shouldnt be a free App for those who already had a subscription ? I think this is not right and unwise coz you know there are bunch of alternative IPTV companies , they dont have an iOS app but they are much cheaper and you pay once only . ATN App deleted

We all think it should be free or less than 15 bucks .i should say $8.99 monthly for service is a reasonable price!!as long as its still expensive I am not singing up for it.

This is a misleading app. The website stated to sign up And get one month of free programming. No free programming. No trial. Useless program. One star because its the minimum.

Well, doubling the subscription price is ridiculous!!! You might still get new users but I bet you will lose the majority of your old customers! The pricing increase should be reconsidered. I wont consider buying new subscription until the prices become reasonable again. It is unfortunate how monopoly works!
